Striker Pepple's father was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria while his mother was born in London, with Bim being born in Kettering. He played for youth club Oadby Owls at the age of five, before his family then moved to Calgary, Canada. He continued to play at youth level in his new nation with Eastside Memorial.
In October 2018, Pepple had participated in the Canadian Premier League open trials in Calgary and was the youngest participant countrywide at 15, but nonetheless made the first cut after day one. In 2019, he duly signed with Calgary Foothills FC senior side in the Premier Development League (US League Two), where he made 11 league appearances, scoring four goals.
In August 2019, he signed his first professional contract with Canadian Premier League (CPL) side Cavalry FC until the end of 2020, he played in the 2019 and 2020 CPL seasons.
Internationally, Pepple is eligible to represent Nigeria, England, or Canada. He was called up by the Nigeria national under-17 team in preparation for the 2019 FIFA under-17 World Cup but ultimately decided to represent Canada. In October 2019, Pepple was then called to the Canada national under-17 team for friendlies against Argentina and Mexico.
In October 2020 Cavalry announced that Pepple would join English Premier League club Sheffield United on a two-week trial. Shortly after the conclusion of his time at Sheffield, he was invited to another Premier League trial, this time with Leicester City. By March 2021, Pepple would officially announce his departure from Cavalry - in a very modern footballer way - via his own Instagram account, indicating that he had joined the youth side of Spanish La Liga club Getafe. Later than month he scored on his debut for Getafe's under-19 team.
In April 2022, Pepple returned to Cavalry FC for the 2022 season. In June and July he broke the CPL record for longest goalscoring streak, with six goals in five matches and was named the CPL's Player of the Month for June, after becoming the first-ever player to score in five consecutive league matches.
By the July Cavalry confirmed that they had agreed to a transfer with an undisclosed club, rumoured to be Luton Town, indicating that he would leave the club during the transfer window.
In total he made 23 appearances and scored six goals across three CPL seasons, 2019, 2020 and 2022, sandwiched between the time at Getafe in 2021. In August 2022, he signed for EFL Championship club Luton Town for an undisclosed fee, returning to his country of birth.
Just six days after joining the Hatters, he was was loaned out to Grimsby Town for the 2022-23 season He went on to make 15 appearances without scoring and the loan was cut short in January 2023 due to the lack of sustained game-time with the Mariners. In February 2023, on return to Kenilworth Road, he was involved in Luton's first team for the first time as he was named as a substitute, ironically, against former team Grimsby Town in a 3-0 defeat in an FA Cup fourth round replay.
Further loan moves then followed, when in August 2023 he went to Bromley where he made seven appearances for the National League side without scoring and again was recalled early due to limited playing time. In February 2024, Pepple then joined Scottish Championship club Inverness on loan until the end of the season playing 17 times, scoring twice.
At the start of the following season, he was loaned to National League side Southend United on a season long loan, rattling in an impressive 11 goals in 23 appearances for the Shrimpers. This led to his recall in January 2025, to be loaned to League Two side Chesterfield on loan for the remainder of the season. He played 21 games and scored five times for the Spirerites in the remainder of the 2024-25 season. He then returned to Kenilworth Road but never made a senior appearance for the Bedfordshire side.
Following Argyle's relegation from the Championship at the end of the 2024-25 season and the mass exodus that followed, Pepple signed on as Tom Cleverley's eighth summer signing at the start of July 2025, joining for an undisclosed fee on contract which runs until 2029.
