JIMMY HEALY

Came from: Glasgow Celtic Went to: Bristol City
First game: 28 December 1925 Last game: 28 December 1929
Appearances: 31 (31/0) Goals: 3
The Craigneuk-born outside-right started his career with Shieldmuir Celtic before coming to the attention of Glasgow Celtic, and whilst with the latter, was loaned out to Montrose. He moved south of the border in 1925, joining former Shieldmuir teammate Frank Sloan at Home Park. In his four seasons in green he found opportunities for a prolonged run in the side hard to come by, and only made double figures in appearances in two of those campaigns. After just three starts in 1929-30 he left to try his luck with Bristol City, but records suggest he made no appearances for them and list no further clubs.
