Born in Luton, Crichlow (sometimes called Crichlow-Noble) studied and played football at the Dynamic Football Academy in Buckinghamshire whilst also playing for Enfield Borough. He joined Huddersfield Town's Academy in June 2017 after a successful trial as a left-back, and then developed as a left-sided central defender.
In the 2018-19 season, 30 appearances for Town's Academy sides were complemented by a first taste of senior football at Bradford Park Avenue in the National League North. He then spent the first half of the 2019-20 season on loan at Hartlepool United, switching to Welling United for the second half of the campaign. The following season he played six times for Huddersfield, then a Championship club, including a COVID-19 impacted, crowdless FA Cup match against Argyle, in which he scored his only goal for his club.
In August 2021 he began a very successful loan spell with Swindon Town, scoring two goals in 24 games, before becoming Steven Schumacher's second signing of the January 2022 transfer window when he came south on loan for the remainder of the season. However, he was used sparingly at Home Park and only played three games for the club before returning to Huddersfield at the end of the season.
In June 2022 he joined League Two side Bradford City on a season-long loan, playing 41 times and scoring once. At the end of the campaign, he was released by Huddersfield.
In June 2023 Crichlow signed a two-year deal with League One side Peterborough United, where he clocked up 33 appearances in his 19 months with the club. He was a member of the Posh side that won the EFL Trophy in April 2024, coming on as a substitute in stoppage time during the final held at Wembley Stadium. A month later he was placed on the transfer list, but was unable to attract interest from an EFL club that summer. As a result, in October 2024 he joined National League side Dagenham & Redbridge on loan until January 2025, and then signed permanently for Bradford City in League Two until the end of the 2024-25 season, with an option of a further year.
