Came from: Peterborough Went to: Peterborough

Born in London in 1985, Griffiths spent two years in the Southend United youth system before attending, and playing for, the Thurrock and Basildon football academy. He was also capped for the Essex County side. Following a spell with non-league Aveley, he signed for Dagenham & Redbridge in 2004. Over the next six years Griffiths made over 220 appearances for the club and helped them win promotion to the Football League in 2006-07. During this time he also played twice for the England National Game side.
In October 2009 he signed for Peterborough United, initially on loan, finalising a permanent deal the following January. Unable to break into the first team at London Road, Griffiths moved on loan to Chesterfield at the beginning of the 2010–11 season and played 33 times as Chesterfield won the League Two title. At the start of the 2011-12 season he spent a brief spell on loan at Crawley Town, before returning to Chesterfield in November 2011. When this loan spell ended in January 2012 he moved to Rotherham United for the remainder of the campaign. Still out of favour at Peterborough, he joined Argyle on a short-term loan deal in October 2012 and made his debut against Aldershot Town in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.
After six appearances in green, Griffiths returned to Peterborough in November 2012 but left the club two months later after his contract was cancelled six months early by mutual consent. He then moved to Luton Town, where he went on to make over a century of appearances for the Bedfordshire side over the next three years, scoring three goals. In the January 2016 transfer window he joined National League side Woking on a 28-day loan agreement.
