Full Name: Zachary George Onyego Vyner
Born: 14 May 1997
Came from: Bristol City Went to: Bristol City
First game: 20 January 2018 Last game: 05 May 2018

Vyner, born in Bath, was a product of Bristol City's academy and had made 13 appearances for the Robins (eight in the Championship) when he joined Argyle on a half-season loan in the January 2018 transfer window. He had played against Argyle in City's 5-0 Carabao (League) Cup win at Ashton Gate five months earlier and had been watched by Derek Adams on several occasions.
As well as his games for City, he played 17 times in a successful loan spell at Accrington Stanley in League Two in the 2016-17 season, which included a defeat by Argyle at the Wham Stadium.
Vyner moved to Home Park on the same day as the announcement that Ryan Edwards was suffering from testicular cancer, and whilst having played largely as a right-back for City, the 20-year-old was seen as a developing centre-back.
